We’ve been working hard to get open as soon as possible!
Know those gigantic wooden doors at 63 N Lexington Ave in Asheville, NC? Yep, that’s us!
Over the last two years, we’ve been tirelessly working on renovating our portion of The Tyler Building. We had to bring in new plumbing, sewage, mechanical, electrical, water lines, and LOTS of equipment. We are also actively working with local artisans on accents throughout our space! Woodworking, metalwork, stained glass, murals, and custom-fabricated equipment…on top of all the renovating of the space and installation of lighting, sprinklers, brewing equipment, and much more! We’re going all out on this! The downside is that all this hard work and attention to detail takes a really long time to get right.
In the meantime, we’ve been traveling all over the East Coast to make alcoholic beverages with a slew of our buds and help spread the word about DSSOLVR. We’ve been super fortunate to be surrounded by hordes of welcoming and loving friends in this beautiful industry, and collaboration is something we hold near and dear to our hearts. Well, also, we’re pretty sure collaborations are the only things that kept Vince alive during this buildout. But, like, for real.
That being said, we know collabs alone won’t satiate your palate. Here’s some good news: We plan on opening before 2020! So be sure to keep those beautiful eyes peeled all the way back. Don’t even think about blinking! DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!*
