March 31st at 7pm pick yourself up by the bootstraps and giddyup ondown to THE JOLLY RANCHER! A night of Outlaw Country Bangers, that’ll make you happier than a dead pig in the sunshine.

Join us for an evening of delicious food from @jollybbq starting at 3pm, a photo booth to capture your best bolo tie and giant mustaches, line dancing to get those boots stompin', and music spun by DJ BOOTSCOOTBOOGIE (aka DJ DUCHESS) @scottygrahams that will keep you two-steppin' all night long!

Get ready for the scariest thing you can think of this St. Patrick’s Day weekend: SOUR APPLE JELLO SHOTS!!!! And if that’s not frightening enough we’ll have Shamrock-y Shake-y Slushies, GREEN BEER, the release of Gunther’s Nightmare DDH DIPA, and spooky scary movies!!!!! BOOOHAHAHAHA! Don’t get too scared though, because luck has it that @notmildfoods will be here at 6PM on Friday, March 17th slingin’ kimchi dogs, and badass bulgogi bowls. Then on Saturday, March 18th at 2PM @masterbbqavl is back with their Filipino BBQ we just can’t get enough of!

A TASTE OF THE SURREAL

Join us for an unforgettable evening of exquisite provisions and drink pairings at our taproom. On March 29th from 6-9PM, we will construct an exploration of flavor that you won’t want to miss.
This dinner will feature a carefully crafted selection of four dishes, by @chefbugher, each juxtaposed with beverages paired by DSSOLVR Owner and Head Brewer @vince_tursi that will elevate flavors. With tableware provided by @eastforkpottery this will truly be a unique and genuine dining experience.
Tickets for this event are $90, and include the full meal and beverage pairings with detailed description of each course. As well as a socializing hour at 6 with provided drinks and appetizers.

Everyone’s favorite skeleton is back…from the undead...FOR REVENGE!!!! AGAIN!! AND IT IS NOT A NIGHTMARE!!!! ITS FOR REAL!!! “Gunther’s Nightmare” is our newest return to an oldie-but-goodie style: Southern Hemisphere DDH DIPA. We took the base for “Gunther’s Revenge” and swapped out the 2-Row malt for Pilsner to lighten the body, and then cranked up the ABV to better match the intense hop character. We used the same hop schedule, but just a tad more ramped up, and the results are…NIGHTMARISHLY GOOD!

Mashed with a grist of Riverbend Cumberland Pils, Proximity Wheat, and a touch of Flaked Wheat for extra plump-itude. Hopped in the Whirlpool with Pacific Sunrise, then fermented with our House IPA yeast, dry-hopped once with Nelson Sauvin, and spunded for dat natty carb. Then it was hit with a second, and very aggressive dry-hop of more Nelson Sauvin, more Pacific Sunrise, a smattering of Galaxy, and a dusting of Mosaic Cryo for good measure.

This one is absolutely smackin’ with some flavor notes similar to Clementines, Cotton Candy, biting right into a super soft Pear, Grape Hi-Chew candy, and Gary says it kinda tastes like Cantaloupe again. So there’s that! Thanks for that, Gary!
