Join us Saturday, December 28th, for our very special Homes for the Holidays multi-bottle and collab release extravaganza! We’re debuting our first three mixed-fermentation bottles, The Slugging of Time, It’s Been Years, and The Era is Now, alongside two draft only collabs with our awesome buddies at Dancing Gnome!

The Slugging of Time is a funky puncheon-aged IPA, It’s Been Years is tequila barrel-aged rye, and The Era is Now is a blended wild ale fermented in a combination of red and white wine barrels. These three siblings all have very different characters, but you can definitely see the family resemblance thanks to DSSOLVR’s proprietary microflora cultures. Some lean more toward brett funk, some push further into sour territory, all spent many moons on oak. Together, they represent the foundation of our thriving mixed fermentation program and serve as a great indication of the awesome things to come.

As if that weren’t enough, we’ve also got two killer collars with our friends at Pittsburgh’s Dancing Gnome. Photsynthetic Shells is a Hazy IPA fermented with one of our IPA yeasts, hopped every other day during fermentation, then slapped silly with one big dry hop. The only hop used was Michigan Chinook, which gives off resinous citrus and tropical character, but the lack of hops in the boil lends an extremely smooth mouthfeel and juicy finish. Habitual Levitations is an English ESB hopped with Fuggles in the boil, fermented cold and slow with our House English yeast, and allowed to cold condition for multiple weeks before getting turned out on nitro. Draft only on both of these bad boys — stay tuned for more of our work with Dancing Gnome in the very near future.

With our hearts full of the holiday spirit, we want to extend the warmest possible invitation for you all to join us on Saturday, December 28th — we’re excited, we hope you are too!
